The actress who played the waitress opposite Burt Reynolds and Jackie Gleason, who served the 2 cheeseburgers and the Diablo sandwich is not listed in the credits.

ahhh the good old days when we didn't have 10 minutes of credits naming every person who even walked on the set. I'm sure she was just a waitress who happened to be in the Dinner at that time.
