For those that are interested I have started a petition for Blue Underground Entertainment, the company that released the dvd, to consider releasing "Shock Waves" on blu ray. You can go to:

if you wish to add your name to the petition. I've been in contact with Blue Underground so let's see what we can do about making this a reality.
