What Was Stephanie's Age Supposed To Be? And one more question...

She was actually 31 or 32 during the filming of Fever.

There's a comment where she says she's 20 but I think jokingly.

She also tells Tony there is a world of difference between them and "not just chronologically".

So is there any clue as to what age she was suppose to be in the movie?

The other question is, did Stephanie really meet those famous people at her work or was she just trying to sound impressive?

I just watched this again. I got the impression that she was around her mid twenties. Older than Tony obviously, but not too much. I don't think her age is given, she just makes a joke about how she's older than him.

She worked for some time in Manhattan and long enough to have gotten into a relationship with Jay, have the relationship evolve to moving in together and then ending, and her far enough along in her working career to be able to afford the apartment on her own.
