No, I don't believe Annette had any inclination to jump. She was distraught over being called a cunt by Tony after making a bunch of stupid decisions that night.

Once she started sobering up, she realized that her stupid decision to screw his two best friends blew any chance with Tony - the guy she really loved and a guy who would proudly lay as many girls as he could while still being the type of guy who wanted to marry a virgin.
Interesting dynamic between those two. Strangely, Annette might have been a great wife for Tony eventually (if he ever grew up), but once she screwed his two friends in front of him, she flushed forever her chance of being with Tony - which is why she started freaking out in my opinion.
