I liked this movie quite a bit, but I have a couple of pet peeves when it comes to certain genres. The one I noticed here is that the Hollywood .357 didn't have a recoil! C'mon you technical advisers... get it straight! Unless the character is the Terminator or is firing a squirt gun, there's going to be at least a bit of a jerk after firing a handgun!

Thanks for letting me rant a little. The rest of this movie was really good!

Next thing they'll be breeding us like cattle. You've gotta tell them. SOYLENT GREEN IS PEOPLE!

My only complaint is the music in the intro/outro credits.

I'm no gun expert, but I'll bet you're referring to the scene where Linda Haynes is firing a handgun out into the lake . . . . and there is absolutely no 'kick' after she squeezes the trigger. Even I know that one of Newton's 3 laws of motion dictates that some energy gets transferred backward as the bullet's expanding gases push back on the shell casing/hammer.
