Why did he let those guys put his hand in the garbage deposal? seriously? he could have fought back harder.. that was strange. guns or no guns. they are gonna kill you anyway. might as well go down fighting..
Rane's time as a tortured POW made him submissive in such scenarios, with a high tolerance for pain. If Schrader had anything in mind I would guess that would be it.
