Banana Splits


If you look closely during the part where they're at King's dominion, you can see 2 of the banaana splits characters playing around.

Banana Splits were owned by the same company that originaly built Kings Island,Kings Dominion,and carowinds

Taft Broadcasting was the original owner of King's Dominion, and Taft owned Hanna-Barbera Productions, which produced the Banana Splits show.

In the scene where Geroge Segal is wasling away form the bench after leaving the breifcase on the bench as instructed where you can spot Scooby Doo walk by, his back to the camera. Scooby was also a H-B product.

Taft didn't build Carowinds, it was bought from another company quite soon after it was built. Taft built Kings Island, Kings Dominion, Canada's Wonderland and Australia's Wonderland. They bought Carowinds and Great America

You also see the singing mushrooms that were near the sky ride....man, I miss the "old" Kings Dominion. WAAAYYY too corporate slick now (and too much emphasis on the coasters).
