Never Seen It

I've never seen this but, I own the sequel on vhs, is The Rescuers any good? What's it about? And This is like one of the like 5 animated Disney Movies I haven't seen

Once you see the original, you will want to trash the sequel--physically and litterally.

There is no comparison between the two. The first one IS a masterpiece.

It's an action/adventure movie for the family

Two mice secret agents help a little girl successfully escape her child abuse in the southern USA.

The little girl is herself confident, assertive, and resourceful. She had summoned the secret agents as help. They work as a team.

I finally watched it and then I bought it at a flea market. I absolutely adore it! One of my faves def!

It's the best Disney movie ever made. Walt was smiling down from heaven when they greenlit this project. It was specially crafted by Walt's crack team of animation directors, aply dubbed the 'Nine Old Men', probably the finest group of American animators in the history of filmdome.

Now as a side note, it's not really a comedy film. There are funny moments, but mainly it's a drama set to the tone of Bambi (who has a cameo) and Dumbo. It strays from the comedic timings of Robin Hood and The Jungle Book.

I recommend you see it immediately!
