If it were live action, I might cast:
* Morgan Lily as Penny
* Emma Thompson as Madame Medusa
* Eddie Deezen as Mr. Snoops
As for the animals' voices...
* Neil Patrick Harris as Bernard
* Rachel Weisz as Bianca
* Tim Curry as the Chairmouse
* Jim Cummings as Rufus
* Dee Bradley Baker as Orville
