Anyone own, or at least seen these two different versions of the original motion picture soundtrack album? What's the difference between the two?
The covers, basically. Neither one of them is a proper soundtrack album, anyway. The instrumentals feature the dialogues as well; you might as well have recordings taken straight from the DVD.

What about the songs that are sung by Shelby Flint? Do they feature dialogue as well?

How did you manage to get the songs without the dialogue? There isn't a CD soundtrack album at all.
To be honest, I don't remember. Shelby Flint's songs might be dialogue-free. The .mp3s I got from the soundtrack to the sequel, which in order to boost sales included Shelby Flint's three songs.
