When I watched this movie as a kid, I noticed during the scene where the swamp critters are discussing helping Penny, Ellie Mae tells the turtle to "take it easy." She says "Take it easy, Gramps!" I thought at first she said "Take it easy, Crap!"

On a similar note, I think I always thought it sounded like "Cramp", even though I think he refers to himself as "Gramps" just before that line.
