This classic "B-horror" title is available on DVD now. I found it a great value at about $10.

Yes, I also found it with NOTLD for 5.88 at Wal-mart. It is full screen adn has no extras, but it is still a great film. I barely remember seeing it on tv years ago when I was a kid. William Shatner actually does very good in this low budget film. Certainly worth getting.

Me, too, Wal-Mart double-pack with NoTLD. I was surprised to find William Shatner playing a rather complex character which included some 'total cad' element; he didn't seem Star Trek-ish at all.

Grrrim ... Yowza! You did get a bargain! I'm guessing your pound shop is like our dollar stores? I don't think ours are carrying movies yet. boo-hoo

i found this at Best Buy for bargain price of $5.99! In true exploitation fashion, the DVD was advertised as being the "Special Edition". Well, there was nothing special about this edition as it was the same old movie I had on video and there was not so much as a trailer or anything else to be found!

But, hell-the movie is worth it for Shatner's hammy performance!

reply

Any time you can get Shatner for under $10, it's a steal!

Hey, I just found this at K-Mart for a whopping $2.99.....Whooooooooooooo!

I downloaded it from alt.binaries.midnight-movies, so I paid just about what it's worth. <G>
