is this the movie where the guy almost dies in quicksand...and someone i don't know if it was a guy or a girl gets caught in a huge spiderweb

Must be a different movie you are thinking of.

No one, in this movie, almost dies in quick sand or gets caught in a huge spiderweb.

If you go on Youtube and type Kingdom of the Spiders there are several clips of this movie uploaded. :)

Pretty sure the movie you're thinking of is Frogs from 1972.
