Did IFC Run An Uncut Version?

This film has been on IFC the last couple of weeks and it seems to add a few clips here or there that I dont remember seeing on video particularly the fair scenes with people getting attacked in the streets.Anyone else notice this?

I'm not sure about that, but they are running it again this month, but it's pan 'n' scan, NOT widescreen! Very strange.....

If it helps...my dvd version has that fair scene, and it's also 4:3...it was originally filmed as a tv movie, might explain the aspect ratio.
