"Dracula" bonus film on old UK VHS

The Kentucky Fried Movie was the first ever 18-certificate film I rented, back when I was 10 or 11. At the end of the film, there was a bonus Dracula-themed short film, but I was too scared to make it past the opening titles in case it was an 18-cert horror film.

I've never been able to find out what the film was, but Arrow's Blu-ray of Vamp contains a short film called Dracula Bites the Big Apple, and I think from the opening titles that it may have been the film from the Kentucky Fried Movie tape. I don't know why it would've been included though; there's no connection between the two films that I'm aware of.

Does anyone else remember finding this Dracula film at the end of the old UK VHS, and can they confirm what the title of it was?
