I don't speak Spanish at all, but from what little I know of the language, I remember this as a polite nothing, "regards to all." I can't figure out how this relates to the sketch, at all.

That 'Recuerdos a Todos'/language course gag was funny. My mom was born and raised in Mexico and she speaks better Spanish than I do.
