Ok, I'm going to a screening of this tonight, and I'd rather not do it sober. How many drinks do I need to have beforehand for this movie to make sense?
This is one of those movies where a little bit of green helps more than booze. I would suggest at least being moderately buzzed before heading out to the theater..

It's really simple, take a drink anytime a cat or cat related imagery is onscreen. It sounds crazy but watch it again... that white cat is there almost the entire time.
Shot of whiskey and a beer helped get me through it. Still didn't make sense, but I didn't care at that point.
