Freaky Friday was remade 2 times.
Like Father, Like Son
Vice Versa

18 Again- if you can count that one, since it's a Grandfather-grandson swap. Close enough, I think.

So that's 5 just off the top of my head, but bear in mind there were most likely more after these that I'm just not aware of since I don't keep up with the latest things.
