Same thing they did in Dexter's Laboratory when Dexter transformed DeeDee to look like their mom and their dad was trying to get a kiss. She yelled at him that he was gross and to stay way from her and ran off, and the dad slumped his head and said, "What else is new?"

That was something that went over my head as a kid. But now...it's traumatizing.

That issue came up in the 1988 film Big, and last time I checked that board (a couple of years ago), several of the most active threads there revolved around the question of "should they have had sex?". These films are fantasies, so it doesn't really matter if they had sex or not. It's not like any of this body-swapping can happen in reality.
