I Love this Movie since childhood (watched the DVD today :)) but the end annoys me extremely!

First: when we meet annabelle Again After the Event was ruined she is totally changed, her room is tidy, Boris Seems to be her boyfriend. You got the Impression That some Time has past. But her father is wearing a bathrobe (because of the sunk Platform) and talks about the (Recent incident. Is that a Goof or what??

Second: I just don't like the Way annabelle behaves im the end. As she has skipped Ten years or so. Why? She should be More kind and understanding towards her Brother and her mother (and less adoring her father) but her Character is changed completely :(

I think the whole point of this ending was that in the beginning, Annabelle didn't realize how much work her mother did to keep the house clean and after her experience, she most likely decided to not be such a slob.
