Ending
My wife bought a DVD of this for me for Christmas and I hadn't seen it since the couple of times I watched it when it originally aired on HBO when I was a kid. I didn't remember much about it before turning it on, but remembered pretty much every scene as I watched it.
However, I would have sworn that Emmet and his mother ended up actually getting presents for each other by selling something of their own and then the presents they got for each other ended up being something that would have gone with the items they sold.
Am I thinking of some other movie? Sadly the older I get the more I find that my memories of things are not always as perfect as I'd wish.
