Inaudible line?

Hey all you Emmet Otter fans, I hope you can help me out here. I just watched Emmet Otter (for probably the billionth time) and after the Yancy Woodchuck scene (the one that sang Barbeque), the possom starts pulling the curtain down and he says something to Harrison Fox. It SOUNDS like "Better fill Harrison, we're off to a shaky start" but I'm not sure that's accurate. Anyone know for sure what he's saying? I couldn't get the closed captioning to work either, probably because the movie's so old. I appreciate the help!

But what does that mean?

In variety theater, to "fill" means to ad-lib additional material to fill in holes in the original line-up of material.

"Better tell Harrison, we're off to a shaky start"
