What violence and sexual content is in this?

It should've been rated PG back then. I've seen more movies made back then with more Violence and Nudity and only rated PG.

The nudity is small. In the background (Very Small Picture) we see alittle Nipple and some butt in the mirror.

Too right. Michael Crichton's movie, Looker, had Susan Dey (Laurie Partridge on the Partridge Family) and Playboy centerfold Terri Welles totally nude. It only got a PG rating back in 1981, just like the first two Indiana Jones movies. Now they would probably have to edit the nudity to avoid an R-Rating.

There's one quite nasty death scene towards the end... it made me cringe anyways!

The computer raping the woman, was quite thrilling, I can understand the sexual thing...

I think the baby is nude after they remove the metal shell. If memory serves though you only see her chest.
