I can't believe in the message boards or even the credits to the movie anywhere does it say who provided the voice of Proteus IV. Why was this omitted from the credits of the movie?
I don't know a lot about anything but I know a little about practically everything

Click on the "full cast and crew" link and you'll see that it shows Robert Vaughn as the voice for Proteus IV.
Thread_Killer_of_IMDb is out there. And it absolutely will not stop, ever, until your post is dead.
He probably chose to have his name removed from the end credits because he didn't like the film and only did it for the money. Or maybe the film makers wanted to make audiences think it was an actual computer voice, and not an actor. Would certainly be eerie if that really was a computerized voice speaking throughout the film.
