The fight between Kevin and Slake
Was there more to the scene? Right after Treece walks into the room with the shotgun he glances into the other room and sees someone slumped against the wall. We only see legs. He then sees Kevin strung up with his neck snapped. If Kevin broke Slake's neck at the same time then who strung up Treece's friend/bodyguard?
