I just returned from Bermuda. I was told by a local tour guide that none of "The Deep" was filmed there, but in the Bahamas! IMDB lists it as a filming location. Does anyone know which scenes, if any, were actually shot in Bermuda?
shareI think all the above water scenes were filmed on Bermuda; much of it certainly was. Treece's house was St. David's Lighthouse, they were run off the road in Black Watch Pass and I think they rode over Somerset Bridge (the world's smallest drawbridge).

The underwater scenes were filmed in and around the 'Wreck of the Rhone' just off Salt Island in the British Virgin Islands, you can dive on that wreck still I did in 1981 with George Marler who was a diving consultant for the film. Went to his house for dinner and he had all kinds of props from the movie including dozens of the colored morphine vials (fake of course).
