I caught a movie (clearly made in the 70's) on cable one morning a few years ago and it was called Something is Out There or Something Out There...something the same or similar to the alternate title of Day of the Animals. Anyway, it involved people locked up in a house in the woods/jungle and at one point, a body out in the woods (I only saw 20 minutes at the most).

the one thing I remember most vividly is that the on screen menu said it was rated NC-17 (which didn't exist in the 70's)

Does anyone have ANY idea what I'm talking about? I've been curious about it for years, and I just stumbled across a poster for this movie with the title "Something is Out There."

I'm watching "Day of the Animals" online right now and instead of the stated title in the opening credits the movie is called "Something is out there"

I don't know a lot about anything but I know a little about practically everything
