....I would like to see what they could do with this movie using today's technology. I think it could be killer.

Yes! I just got done watching the blu-ray release of this movie. I, too, think this would be a great film to be done as a remake. It's a story that is just perfect for a feature film, and could benefit from some kick-ass f/x. Even co-producer Paul Maslansky in the commentary on the dvd, says that he would like to see the film remade with today's technology.

Agreed. A more faithful adaptation of the novel is clearly in order here. This movie is a complete bastardization of Roger Zelazny's terrifically gritty book.
