So the reason why Cindy never went back to the apartment was that Janet was so rude to her in the Janet Wigs Out episode?

LOL. But actually, Jenilee didn't join the cast of Dallas until AFTER Three's Company ended.

Cindy became irrelevant by the end of the 6th season so it's no surprise they let her go.
