Okay, I'll give this a whirl:

Jack - Up In The Air (funniest 30 minutes of tv ever!), Cupid Works Overtime (This eppy has everything for John Ritter, no wonder he won his Emmy with this eppy.

Janet - Some Of That Jazz (tough choice) Everybody loves the ending. I have always felt that the comedic work that Joyce and John did together on 3's is some the best comedic team stuff ever done on TV. And it sucks they don't get major recognition for it.

Larry - The Older Woman ( I have watched this over and over and still laugh every time! Larry is a great character. I guess I'm cheating a little on this one since it's not exactly centered on Larry only.

Teri- Jack Bares All and Two Flew Over Cuckoo's Nest

Chrissy - Chrissy's Hospitality ( Suzanne is really good in this eppy)

Cindy - Father Of The Bride

Ralph - Ralph's Rival

Mr. Roper - Strange Bedfellow or Stanley Casanova

Mrs Roper - Helen's Job

Lana - Black Letter Day

Some of the above wouldn't make my top ten but some would. I think I'm different than most 3's fans on my favorites. I like eppy's like " My Sister's Keeper", "Oh, Nun" and such. Not ones that gets picked a lot.

Jack - "Jack Goes the Distance." My favorite episode, and it's nice that Jack comes to Mr. Furley's defense.
Janet - "Some of That Jazz." Probably the most poignant thing Janet gets, honestly.
Chrissy - "Chrissy Come Home." It's probably not easy to stand up to a minister father.
Helen - "Helen's Rendezvous." Audra Lindley's best comedic moments acting against Stanley's creepy friend.
Stanley - "Stanley Casanova." "Unless of course you want to join me."
Ralph - "Look What I Found," particularly the part where he delivers a poignant monologue about his childhood cat, and in turn reveals just how lonely and sad he is. Great acting by Don Knotts here.
Larry - "Larry Loves Janet." The scene where he suddenly acts like an awkward teenager courting a girl is goofy, but Richard Kline pulls it off.
Cindy - "Jack to the Rescue." Cindy's final speech about how she couldn't work at that office even after Jack and Janet saved her job is actually a good scene.
Terri - "The Odd Couples." I love Priscilla Barnes but unfortunately the writers wrote some terrible Terri-centric episodes. This one's pretty good, especially the scene where she builds upon her initial lie into what Jack eventually calls a "monster."
