I Know that this isn't A TOTU .... but please help !

Somebody must remeber this..... sometime in the early eighties on ITV , there one of suspense drama, or episode in a serires, in which three, or maybe four hasbeen actresses lived together in a flat.

Somebody (an unseen gloved killer is killing them off) one death involves a dumb waiter, another takes place in the bath and after the final reveal of the killer, they make a stupid mistake She blows herself up lighting a cigarette after the gas has been left on in the kitchen

Does anyone else remeber or could anyone please point me in the right direction. Definitely British made but may have had one or more American acctress in. They were all in their fifities I seem to recall.
