Help identifying an episode

I was wondering if anybody could tell me the name of an episode I can only remember the end of its very vague but I recall a car chase that leads to a crash and the realisation that there was a dead woman in the boot of the car? Does anybody have any ideas?!

"What Have You Been Up To Lately?", if I remember rightly (I think that's the correct title).
