What happened to Catherine O'Hara?

If you watch the 1982 Life Magazine Photo Shoot included on the Volume 2 set of the SCTV DVDs you'll obviously notice that Catherine O'Hara is nowhere to be seen. Anybody have any information as to why they left her shoot out?

That is one of the most intriguing parts of the set and her absence is odd because I know she had a session because I have the actual issue of Life magazine that the photo spread was in and she is right there as Katherine Hepburn as I recall.

The whole still photo shoot was captured on video as well and it's hilarious to watch all the cast squirm and squirm, obviously being very uncomfortable standing and posing (in and out of characters).
