Okay, there's some cosmic force that's dispatching performers from Roots (for some reason).
But after 35 years, it's missed John Amos, Louis Gossett, Edward Asner, Ralph Waite, George Hamilton, Maya Angelou, Cicely Tyson and others, who are in their 70s and 80s..
Plus, while the U.S. life expectancy is 75 men, 80 women, can you cite a reference as to what it is for actors? (you know, those hard partying, drinking, cocaine using, burning the candle at both end types)
