But who cares. It's still a great film and most of it is accurate, just like ROOTS.
Gee, I wonder why plagiarism opponents aren't blabbering on the Nosferatu board. I wonder.

Nosferatu came out in 1922. Dracula came out in 1931. I think you meant to say Dracula copied Nosferatu

Dracula the novel was published in 1897. Nosferatu took the story, changed a couple of names, and did indeed plagiarize Bram Stoker's work. Made a superb movie, certainly! But it used another's work without acknowledging it or paying for it.

Nobody ever claimed Nosferatu was true! You couldn't win a argument even if you had a brain.
