Favorite Books!?
The Witchmaster's Key is mine.
shareWow, I can't even remember any of the titles of the books I read.
*sigh* I feel so old now.
I DIED IN EPISODE 81!!!

My favorites were always:
The Shattered Helmet
The Missing Chums
What Happened At Midnight
Hey, this guy's not gonna leak all over my ice cream, is he?share
I LOVED What Happened at Midnight!
I also liked The Yellow Feather Mystery--the moment when they realize they're walled up in the ice fort is genuinely scary! The international ones were also good, like The Clue of the Hissing Serpent.
My favourites were...
The Clue of the Broken Locket
Mystery of the Moss-Covered Mansion
The Secret in the Old Attic
The Ringmaster's Secret
I enjoyed most of them. There were a few stinkers, but overall the series was really well done.
I guess the Clue of the Screeching Owl was one favorite (camping out in the mountains is a favorite pasttime of mine). It's pretty creepy too since they find the house but can't find the guy that lives there. The circus sub-plot is a little weak but it works.
I think another one that I really enjoy is the House on the Cliff.
I re-read them quite a bit even today. They are a great escape and take you back to your childhood really easily.
Conquer your fear, and I promise you, you will conquer death.
The Mystery of Cabin Island is my favorite. It's just so cool that they are isolated on the island living in a log cabin in the dead of winter and, on top of all that, there are some mysterious goings-on on that same island! Also, Chet and Biff are my favorite of the Hardy's friends so it's cool to see them get to stay on the island as well. I also love The Tower Treasure, The House on the Cliff and The Secret of the Old Mill. The early books were the best in my opinion. I wish they would do a TV show or series of movies that followed the books very closely, the great writing is already there, Hollywood just needs to put a great cast behind it.
