I LOVE Waterloo Road, so will I like this, the DVDs are now £12.99 from HMV for Series 1 &2
So if I LOVE Waterloo Road, will I like this?

Grange Hill 1970's/80's style is very different to what you'd expect to see in Waterloo oad, obviously because of the great gap of time. All I can say is though Grange Hill in the 70's/80's was the "Waterloo Road of it's day".
Different issues, but still very very good. Try it and see what you think, though of course that big "culture gap" exists and might be a tad detromental if your a big Waterloo Road fan. Though at the end of the day "School is School" yeah!!

My friend lent me the DVD today and I've watched most of Series 1. It is GREAT, almost as good as Waterloo Road. I really like it but as I am in Year 9 myself at the moment, school was definitely different in the 1970s than is is now.

It's kewl about the advice, I did'nt mind at all. Grange Hill though was i'd sy the programme that was responsible for all later Schoo-set programmes. Glad you liked it, be kewl to talk and discuss further if you want may-be.
