Torrents?

Can't get onto UK nova, would really like to keep watching after series 4 as I bought the official DVDs.
Anybody managed to torrent entire series of the show?

I'm in the UK Nova groove, but there's nothing available there right now--at least nothing answering to the name Grange Hill when I fill in the Search box. The only torrent I can find online right now is one for (I think) Season/Series 7 (1984?), which doesn't interest me so much--here in Canada, the CBC only carried the first three or four seasons (belatedly, between roughly 1981 and '84), and then decided to invest more time and money in the The Kids of degrassi Street.

If anyone out there has some of those early series on DVD, why not upload them as a torrent, or files on Mediafire or one of those other file-storing sites...? (I would avoid those VHS copies that came out a few years back--by all accounts, they were abridged rather significantly....)

I have series 4 to 11 on DVDs, all of which i bought as bootlegs from EBay, which
unfortunately at the moment, is as good a quality as you'll be able to get (excluding series 4).
The quality ranges from DVD to DVD but are always watchable and never intrusive over dialogue or picture. Just the usual results of wear and tear taken from VHS mastercopies which, in turn, had been recorded 20 or 30 years ago off TV!

Now, i WOULD post em onto torrents but i have no idea, and i assume it's pretty illegal to do so. But people are always taking the risk to sell them on Ebay as DVDs of each series.

Plus, series 9 and 10 are of course the top ones. Zammo's drug addiction, Imelda Davis, Gonch and Ziggy n all that...not forgetting Mr. Bronson!

I saw torrents for Series 1-4 a while back, but that was it. There was a guy selling most of the series, but sadly, he stopped selling the first 4, and his copies included the scenes deleted from the dvds due to music clearance issues.

It's possible to obtain discs off this guy:

I have Grange hill series 1 - 13 and 19 - 28 On DVD email [email protected] £5 - 8 a series! Depending on how many discs!

I have ordered several series from him, dvds are good, well done and decent quality given the source material.

I was apprehensive as well, dealing with an anonymous email address on the net, but he came through :)
