Same house from Falling Down in Roller Disco ep?

I just watched the Roller Disco episode and the house that the little boy who's hanging onto the car on the freeway at the beginning of the episode lives in (Ponch later goes on a date with the older sister) on Venice Beach looks an AWFUL LOT like the house in the movie Falling Down. The house that Michael Douglas is trying to come home to in the end - to his wife "Beth" right at the edge of the pier in Venice Beach.

I searched online but could not find any info. Does anyone know if it's the same one?

In season 6, the beach house where Cathy lives in the episode "Things that go bump in the night" was also the beach house of one of the women on Charlie's Angels and was used in the episode "The Seashore" on the Waltons.
