All Creatures took place long after Sherlok timeline wise, All Creatures is based on a true story, Sherlok is a detective series...
Both great, but not even on the same ocean let alone boat.
My sentiments exactly, you are comparing apples and oranges. You are talking about fictional mysteries from the late 19th to early 20th century vs a dramady adaptation of real veterinarians in practice in the countryside from just before World War II to the Korean War. Both shows are great, but there is nothing to compare one with the other.
