Yay!!! I already set my DVR. I haven't watched it since the late 90's on video. :-) I remember being scared sh*tless when I watched it at age 13. TCM sure plays alot of gems don't they?

Glad I just happened to check TCM's webpage. Looks like I will be up late tomorrow night.

This movie freaked me out when I saw it in late night TV when I was about 13 or 14 (early 80s). I couldn't look out the window of our back door at night for the longest time. I'm not sure I'll be able to do it again after tonight ;).

Decisions are made by those who show up! So VOTE!

This was one of the first movies I ever saw on HBO when you could pirate the signal with a piece of flat cable wire and aluminum foil. It scared the daylights out of me even though it was only rated pg. I would like to see a more graphic remake done someday.

This movie had an R rating in it's theatrical release not a PG. If you saw it on HBO, you saw the R rated uncut version.

I taped it and watched it for the first time.

I liked it very much,7/10. I was a fan of Charles B Pierce's earlier film "The Legend Of Boggy Creek" so I was really looking forward to seeing this one.

The murder scenes are brutal and frightening,I have heard so many negative things about this but I thought it was well worth seeing.

I recorded it; it looks fabulous! Unbelievably pristine, and in widescreen!

Now if TCM would only do this for the other Charles B. Pierce classic, The Legend of Boggy Creek!

I watched it and it made me miss the drive-in theater. This film screams to be watched in your car.
