question about anchorbay version dvd

i recently bought this dvd in the anchorbay fright pack "the devil made me do it". i bought it brand new off ebay and unwrapped all the wrappers my self just wondering when anybody that bought this dvd opened it did they have a scene selection carD ? because mines not here, or maybe they chose not to put one for this dvd im brining it up cuz anchor bay usually puts those in.....some body holllllla if u know ,,,,PeAcE

I just bought this dvd last week and my copy didn't come with a scene selection card either.

I bought it last week and I had 2 discs and a card. It also had a treasure map. I found the treasure and also a daughter. It's really awesome.

Was the daughter a bit edible?
And what should be on the second disc - a giant easter egg?

I bought my copy of the DVD few weeks ago, it's Anchor Bay R1 release, and it has a card.

Anchor Bay might have only released a certain number of discs with the scene selection card. Could it be possible they are feeling somewhat "green," and earth friendly?

I've heard reports of other Anchor Bay releases not including scene selection cards as well. Besides the environmental possibility, there's the possibility they may have been left out for budgetary reasons.

Scene selection cards are nice to look at and have, but they are not necessary.
