Could someone please identify this scene...

I'm hoping someone will recognize this and perhaps know what the hell I'm talking about.

I'm looking for either of the two. This was a horror flick made in either the late sixties or seventies. I have absolutely no recollection of anything about this movie except for a single scene (warning:weird and gross) A young woman is lying in a big plush bed, in labor. She gives birth to a tiny baby, holds it up, looks at it for a moment, very lovingly, and then pushes it back into her vagina/uterus (literally). I saw this as a kid and it was so shocking thats just all I can remember.

Also, in the 80's there was a type of documenary on all kinds of horror movies up until that time period. The above scene/movie was included in the documentary. I'm fairly certain that it's not Terror in the Aisle.

Another board mentioned that it might be in To the Devil a Daughter, so does this seem familar to anyone?
