Not to my knowledge, no. However, the short "A Case of Spring Fever", which precedes the film on this same episode, is available on volume 7 (Rhino).

No, and it will probably never be because MGM holds the rights to the film.

Buy a bootleg from www.mst3ktapes.com or www.mst3kvideos.com and enjoy.

You can also get a copy off of the Digital Archive Project (DAP), or send me a private message and I'll forward you a copy.

No but you can get a pixel perfect bootleg version from the Digital Archive Project.
