I thought it was interesting how John Wayne had the showdown in the end with Richard Boone (Paladin on Have Gun - Will Travel) and Hugh O'Brian (Wyatt Earp on the Life and Legend of Wyatt Earp). I watched John Wayne's films regularly and I watched those television programs regularly.
