What a cast!

Star-studded.

Robert Shaw steals the picture though - as usual. What a presence.
(Great to see the late Ronnie Barker too - I can't help but grin every time I see him).

Richard Harris at the beginning but so few of the cast are now alive.

Its that man again!!

One of my favorite performances by Nicol Williams son too.

It is not our abilities that show who we truly are...it is our choices

The best King Richard and King John we ever had! Too bad they never shared a scene!

Yeah I like it a lot also because of the cinematography.

Interesting though:

In the poster, even though Jaws came out less than a year before and was at the time "the highest grossing movie ever made," and even though Shaw had also been in the blockbuster "The Sting" and the sleeper hit thriller "The Taking of Pelham 123"...

...he's relegated to a smaller image in the poster than Connery (an established big star) and Hepburn(a RETURNING really big star.)

Also, in those years (1973-1976), Robert Shaw on the basis of his hits was possibly a bigger star than Sean Connery in grosses but..not really long-lived as a leading man, I guess.
