I discovered this movie on YouTube about 3 years ago and bought the DVD.
I love to watch this in English and in German (my mother tongue), too because it is actually translated very clever and funny.
This is my all-time favorite. No matter how sad I'm feeling this movie always cheers me up. And it has Maggie Smith in it! :)
Great that the translation was done by someone who cared for the movie.
shareI watched this growing up in LA and it used to always play late at night on channel 5. If I couldn't sleep I'd turn on the tv and I must have seen it like this 3 or 4 times. I had to buy the DVD years later to fill in the beginning part of the story. Such a fun memory of my youth and how this great movie plays a part in remembering my past.
