Did they have litter boxes in the 21st century??

I didn't see any, so I'm thinking that the Old Man's place had an overwhelming odor. I really like the thought of kitties surviving in the 21st century. Hopefully there are also dogs!

Yes, but his place was the US Capitol, so it's doubtful that anyone would have noticed the difference.

I'm sure the kitties went outside. The building seemed somewhat open to the elements.

There were plenty of openings for the kitties to go in and out.
