Why was the chick locked in Mitchums office closet? I wonder how long she had been in there? His daughter did not seemed shocked when she opened the door and found the woman.

Maybe there's more explained in the book, but basically the scene implies that Mitchum's secretly a scumbag.

I thought the woman hid in the closet when they heard the daughter was about to walk in on them?

Actually, I was expecting it to be a man, especially after all the twinky comments.
