That's Hermina Pipinic, a Yugoslavian actress.

That caption is wrong. Hermina Pipinic, famous Croatian (former Yugoslavian) actress played elderly leader of Russian women platoon. Being former Yugoslavian myself, I know what Ms Pipinic looks like, and you can tell by her age (she was born in 1928.) that women in the thub definitely is not her.
